What pollution happens in the rainforests? There are a few things that can cause pollution in the Tropical Rainforest. These include oil spills, toxic by-products, mining accidents, air pollution, water pollution, and acid rain. This is very dangerous. If we are not careful, we will loose the things that give us air and life.

Trees are being cut down for paper and other things. They are also being burned down for farming. In order to help, use recycled items and practice recycling. We really need to help protect the rainforests because if we don't, we will lose the lungs of the planet.

ANIMAL and PLANT ADAPTATIONS

1. Some plants have become carnivorous because there isn't enough sunlight.
2. Animals live in trees to stay away from predators on the forest floor.
3. Camouflage helps animals hide from predators.
4. Monkeys use their tails to hold on to the trees so that they don't fall.
5. Some frogs are poisonous so they can protect themselves.
6. Pangolins have hard shells so all they have to do is roll up in a ball and the predator can't get them.
7. Leopards can climb trees to get to their food.
